I'm using these presets for many of my new editings. It’s a very goog starting point for creating images with a dark green blue moody feeling.

But remember, that a great picture has never been created with just one click, so play around with the settings. Lower the contrast, define the intensity, play with the tint and with the Graduated filters to get your best results!
